Job Title: Systems Engineer / Systems Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Engineer / Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our IT systems and infrastructure. This role combines engineering-level planning with administrative maintenance to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure (servers, networks, storage).

Camera installation and Cctv monitoring and Configuration

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

Install, configure, and manage operating systems (Windows/Linux).

Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Exchange/Email servers.

Automate tasks using scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) where applicable.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Apply security measures, manage firewalls, antivirus, and backup systems.

Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for IT solutions and support.

Document procedures, system changes, and configurations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Administrator.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.

Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and network configuration.

Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
