Overview
We are looking for a System Administrator / Technical Setup Executive with expertise in managing, configuring, and maintaining GoHighLevel (GHL) platforms, white-label SaaS environments, and associated backend tools. This role requires hands-on experience with CRM systems, SaaS integrations, payment gateways, telephony setup, website management, and AI tools.
The ideal candidate should be technically strong, process-driven, and able to independently handle backend setups for clients under our white-label offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
GoHighLevel Platform Administration
- Setup and manage white-label GoHighLevel account
- Configure sub-accounts, SaaS plans, pipelines, calendars, and workflows
- Manage user permissions, client onboarding, and portal access
Technical Setup & Integration
- Integrate payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, etc.)
- Configure Twilio/SMS/Telephony within GHL for client accounts
- Setup domains, DNS, email SMTP, and web hosting connections for clients
Website & Funnel Management
- Assist in creating, cloning, and publishing websites, funnels, and forms within GHL Sites
- Ensure proper tracking integrations (Pixel, Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
AI Tool Integration
- Manage AI chatbots and assistants configured within the GoHighLevel platform
- Basic prompt engineering and settings for AI assistants used in CRM and marketing
Maintenance & Support
- Monitor platform uptime and resolve client technical queries
- Liaise with GoHighLevel support when required for escalations
- Maintain documentation of processes, logins, and configurations
Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing and automation teams for project implementations
- Support onboarding of new clients with end-to-end technical setup
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in:
- CRM or SaaS platform administration
- GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar tools
Experience with:
- Payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Razorpay)
- Telephony setup (Twilio or similar)
- Website builders or funnel platforms (ClickFunnels, GHL Sites)
Bonus if:
- Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Botpress, ManyChat, or similar
- Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Familiarity with white-label SaaS management
Technical Skills Required:
Essential:
- GoHighLevel platform (sub-accounts, SaaS mode, CRM workflows)
- DNS, domains, SSL, email SMTP settings
- Telephony and SMS integrations (Twilio)
Desirable:
- Basic HTML/CSS for minor edits
- Knowledge of AI chatbots configuration
- Zapier or Make (Integromat) for automations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Relevant certifications in CRM/SaaS administration are a plus
