We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT team and support our expanding infrastructure needs.

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with hands-on experience in managing online servers, NAS storage, Microsoft 365, and other core system administration responsibilities. Good communication skills in English and prior exposure to CPaaS environments are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor online servers (Windows/Linux), ensuring system reliability, uptime, and performance.
• Manage and maintain NAS storage systems, ensuring data accessibility and backups.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and user lifecycle management.
• Support the deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of CPaaS platforms.
• Configure and secure systems, perform regular updates, and apply security patches.
• Set up and manage VPNs, firewalls, and other network security tools.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Provide technical support to internal users and resolve hardware/software issues in a timely manner.
• Document IT infrastructure, configurations, standard operating procedures, and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support infrastructure needs related to communication services and platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a System Administrator or related IT role.
• Proficiency with:
• Windows and Linux server environments
• NAS storage systems (Synology, QNAP, etc.)
• Microsoft 365 admin center and related services
• Networking fundamentals and remote access tools
• Working knowledge of CPaaS platforms - integration support and service monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA, or CompTIA Server+.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Exposure to DevOps tools and monitoring systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
