Overview
Note: This role requires travel to our Bhiwandi factory three times a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily IT operations across all company locations.
- Provide Level 2 support for network infrastructure and devices.
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services.
- Maintain up-to-date IT documentation, asset registers, and network diagrams.
- Monitor service requests and troubleshoot recurring IT issues.
- Implement and uphold IT security measures and compliance protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, service support, and AMC renewals.
- Ensure regular backups, including Outlook data and Tally software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
