- Good knowledge and work experience on supporting
- End User Support (Desktop / Laptop)
- Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting
- Email Client configuration
- Antivirus / EndPoint Protection
- Standard End User Apps
- Proxy Servers, Wi-Fi Router and wireless controllers WAN – Uplinks,
- Office 365 and Users Group management, O365 Apps installation and configuration such as Outlook, OneDrive, Teams etc
- Active Directory User Group management
- Maintaining Office Network and Devices such as – LAN, WAN, Switches, Desktop / Laptop connectivity, Conferencing devices, Firewall Escalation
- Coordination with backend remote support team for escalations
- SOP based processes
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
