Overview

Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Sree Saran Medical Centre, Tirupur

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled System Administrator to manage and support the hospital’s IT Hardware systems, ensure smooth functioning of HIS/EMR, networks, and provide technical support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee hospital IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and data security.

· Manage Hospital Information System (HIS), EMR, PACS, and related software.

· Provide timely support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT Hardware maintenance and upgrades.

· Ensure data backup, cybersecurity compliance, and minimal downtime.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.

· 3–5 years of IT Hardware experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital setup.

· Strong knowledge of HIS/EMR, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
