System Administrator

Overview

Job Summary:

We are hiring a System Administrator with 2-4 Years of experience with a strong foundation in system infrastructure, OS management (Linux preferred), cloud platforms, and DevOps tools. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced skill set across hardware, software, networking, and cloud technologies, along with strong problem-solving abilities and technical awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Linux (preferred) and Windows operating systems in server environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Manage cloud environments with a focus on AWS (Azure/GCP is a plus).
• Maintain and troubleshoot Red Hat-based systems and Active Directory services.
• Handle server deployment, updates, and performance tuning.
• Work with Docker for containerization and basic CI/CD pipeline tasks.
• Use Git for version control and support deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and infrastructure issues across the stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance of systems.
• Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical awareness and ability to quickly understand new systems and technologies.
• Proficient in Linux system administration (Red Hat/CentOS/Ubuntu) and basic Windows Server management.
• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.) – Azure or GCP knowledge is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user policy management.
• Understanding of hardware components, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
• Knowledge of software installation, patching, and system monitoring tools.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and version control workflows.
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, and VPN.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Certifications: RHCSA/RHCE, AWS Certified SysOps/Admin, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server/Azure Admin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
