System Administrator – Fresher (with Server Knowledge)

Location: Mohali Punjab (Onsite Role)

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented System Administrator (Fresher) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of system and server administration, along with a strong desire to grow in a professional IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networking
• Support daily backup operations and system recovery processes
• Assist with basic server setup, patching, and updates (Linux/Windows servers)
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security protocols
• Document internal procedures and assist with IT support tickets

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows & Linux OS administration
• Familiarity with server installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Completed IT or system admin training (3–6 months preferred)
• Freshers welcome to apply

Salary: 10,000-15,000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
