Experience: 7-10

• Should have at least 7 years' experience as a System Administrator in handling the technical issues.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, On-Premises, Office 365 experience, VMware etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills on all Windows OS, including servers.
• Handle hardware and software related issues reported by users.
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
• Certification from Microsoft or Cisco is an added advantage
• Active monitoring of the system and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
• Create and verify backups of data
• Respond and resolve helpdesk requests
• Administrate infrastructures including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
• Monitor and maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, AV servers proactively
• At least seven years of experience in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services and applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related technologies.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, security, and compliance features, including Azure AD, Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Conditional Access, Information Protection, and Compliance Manager.
