Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Ensure system security through firewalls, backups, and updates
- Maintain and upgrade operating systems and applications
- Support disaster recovery and data backup procedures
- Document internal processes and create technical manuals
- Collaborate with IT staff and other departments to optimize systems
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN), databases, and patch management
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
