About the Role
Tradeweb is implementing Payflows, a new AI-native Procure-to-Pay system. We’re looking for a System Architect to lead the setup, integration, and data accuracy framework for this platform. You’ll work closely with the Payflows tech team and internal partners to ensure the system is designed and implemented for accuracy, control, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Payflows system architecture in collaboration with the Payflows team and internal Finance and IT groups.
- Build and maintain integrations between Payflows, ERP, and other finance systems.
- Establish and monitor data accuracy and control frameworks.
- Develop and maintain API and ETL pipelines to automate data flow and reconciliation.
- Support testing, issue resolution, and performance optimization during implementation and after go-live.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in data engineering, systems architecture, or ERP implementation.
- Experience in a Big 4 or consulting firm preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or Workday).
- Hands-on experience with APIs, ETL pipelines, and data integration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, validation, and reconciliation controls.
- Familiarity with cloud and AI-enabled systems is a plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn and work with modern technology.
