Job Description

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Skills: Microsoft Windows OS, MS Server OS,0365 cloud mail solution.
Key Roles:-

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Monitor the health and performance of IT systems, ensuring uptime and optimal performance.
• Perform routine checks to identify and resolve potential issues in hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Help maintain system backups and ensure proper recovery procedures are in place.
• Provide first-level technical support for internal users and resolve issues related to operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in configuring and supporting network equipment such as CCTV, routers, and switches.
• Help ensure secure network connectivity and assist in network troubleshooting tasks.
• Apply patches and updates to operating systems, applications, and security software.
• Maintain detailed logs of system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist with creating and updating user guides and technical documentation for IT processes.
• Work closely with senior system administrators and other IT team members to support projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements for IT operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
