Job Summary:

We are looking for a T24 Technical Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Securities module, L3 development, and Wealth Management domains. In this role, you will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

You must have strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex InfoBasic code, and a good understanding of T24 customisations. Although you won’t be responsible for designing software, your role will be pivotal in ensuring supportability, extensibility, and feasibility of technical solutions within Temenos Transact (T24).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing InfoBasic/TAFJ code to assess feasibility of new business requirements.
• Interpret and document T24 local developments and customisations for stakeholders.
• Propose and evaluate solution options based on technical and business considerations.
• Collaborate with business analysts to refine and clarify requirements.
• Estimate effort required for implementing proposed solutions.
• Work closely with engineering leads, QA, developers, and project managers.
• Contribute to user story creation and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax.
• Participate in defect triage and conduct root cause analysis of production issues.
• Ensure technical solutions align with both functional and non-functional business requirements.

Core Technical Skills & Experience (Mandatory):

• Temenos Transact (T24): Strong hands-on experience with T24 platform, especially in:
• Securities Module: Front, Middle, and Back Office functionalities.
• Corporate Actions, Security Master, TPH, Trade Lifecycle.
• Fees & Charges, Accounting, MM & MD Modules.
• L3 Development:
• Proven experience reading and analyzing InfoBasic and TAFJ componentized code.
• Strong command over T24 programming (Templates, Version APIs, Enquiry APIs, Core API hooks).
• Experience with TAFJ code library management and multi-threaded routines.
• OFS Processing: In-depth understanding of local development and interface handling.
• Database & Storage: Solid knowledge of Oracle data model and storage for T24.
• SWIFT/MX Setup: Expertise in securities delivery workflows and integration points.

Software Development & Delivery Experience:

• Full SDLC experience – from requirements to delivery and post-go-live support.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with user stories.
• Experience with test-driven development and testability in design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with QA to define meaningful test cases.

Domain Expertise:

• Strong functional understanding of Securities Trading, Administration, Corporate Actions.
• Deep knowledge of Transact delivery workflow, including delivery advice and customization.
• Experience in Wealth Management environments.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Open to feedback, collaborative, and team oriented.
• Proven ability to build relationships across teams and with business users.
