Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PG in HR or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong background in:
o B2C sales hiring (mandatory).
o Blue-collar/technical workforce hiring.
o Leadership hiring.
• Experience in hiring across all Indian states is essential.
• Exposure to global hiring is a value-add.
