Title: Role – Business Analyst

About the team: Gathering, interpreting and use complex data to develop actionable steps to improve Merchant experience, processes and optimize results. Assesses company needs, receiving robust information and analyzes it, looking for trends or areas for improvements.

About the role:

• This role is a good mix of strategy & execution
• Managing a team of Business Analysts and Data Analysts
• Manages the daily activities of the team responsible for identifying business trends and problems through big data analysis
• Oversees the interpretation of results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining
  
  
  

Expectations/ Requirements

• Track internal KPI’s and suggest improvements based upon the insights
• Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships and interact with all levels of internal & external vendors
• Strong analytics skills & able to do analysis based upon business requirements
• Work with department managers to create data collection guidelines for internal use
• Able to perform analysis for higher management and regular dashboards
  
  
  

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

• More than 3 - 5 Years of Experience in data management & dashboards
• Candidate from Fintech/payments background will be preferred
• Proactively suggest changes to be made in the system/process based upon his analysis
• Manipulate data using data analysis tools to discover insights
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Excellent skills in working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point , Google Data Studio & SQL/Hive
• Defines and collects metrics to update how the project/operation is progressing
