Team Lead (Full Stack Developer)

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Team Leader with strong experience in Laravel, ReactJS, and MySQL, and a proven track record of leading and managing development teams. This role combines active coding with team leadership, project planning, and technical direction in an agile environment

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Develop scalable full stack solutions using Laravel and ReactJS.
• Translate business needs into technical plans and solutions.
• Maintain code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• 4–6 years in full stack development (Laravel, ReactJS, MySQL).
• Hands-on experience leading development teams and owning project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of MVC, REST APIs, Git, and modern DevOps tools.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with API security, state management (Redux/Context), and responsive design.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
