Team Lead Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead – MERN Stack Developer to guide and manage a team of developers while working on high-impact web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and proven experience in project leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to deliver scalable and efficient web applications.
• Architect, develop, test, and deploy full-stack solutions using the MERN stack.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and project managers.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.
• Guide junior developers and support their technical growth.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and high-quality output.
• Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in full-stack development.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and component-based architecture
• Experience in deployment using AWS, Docker, or similar platforms
• Solid grasp of Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good understanding of security and performance optimization techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, or GraphQL
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha
• Prior experience in client communication and project scoping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,148.04 - ₹87,615.36 per month
