Team Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The candidate should have a strong command of both front-end and back-end development technologies and a proven track record of building and deploying scalable web applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern full stack technologies.
• Lead development efforts from conception to deployment.
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Maintain proper documentation of the systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming.
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in full stack development or cloud computing are an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
