Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead / Technical Lead to join and lead a team of EUC Developers. This is a hybrid role, with approximately 50% focus on individual contribution (designing, developing, and reviewing Python-based automation solutions), and 50% focus on leading the team, managing delivery, mentoring developers, and aligning technical direction with business goals. The ideal candidate should have strong Python skills, experience with CI/CD practices, and the ability to lead by example in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Contributor Responsibilities (50%)

Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts to automate index calculations and related business logic.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and integration of automation scripts into GitHub-based workflows.
Perform regular code reviews and refactor legacy scripts to improve performance and maintainability.

Team Leadership Responsibilities (50%)

Lead and mentor a team of EUC Developers and Senior Developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Coordinate and manage team deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to project timelines.
Act as the point of contact between the dev team and business/technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment of priorities.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Enforce compliance with EUC governance policies, ensuring team deliverables meet regulatory and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in Python development.
2+ years in a technical/team leadership role in an agile or hybrid delivery environment.
Strong background in building and optimizing Python-based automation solutions.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub.
Strong understanding of EUC (End User Computing) frameworks and controls (or willingness to learn).
Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
