Team Leader software Developer

Overview

Position: Team Leader – .NET DevelopmentResponsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks effectively across the team
• Design scalable architecture and define technical specifications
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using .NET programming languages
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Guide team members in debugging and refactoring existing code
• Oversee deployment and integration of fully functional applications
• Plan and execute upgrades to existing programs
• Document technical procedures, development processes, and team workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and Product Owners
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of proven experience in .NET development with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in MVC, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server
• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, and Bootstrap 3.0
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to coach, motivate, and manage a high-performing development team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per year
