Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects and ensure successful implementation of Generative AI solutions.
- Oversee the integration of AI technologies into existing network systems.
- Provide strategic business analysis and planning to drive company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI and network systems.
- Conduct regular assessments of network performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI and network technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and network technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
- Possess a deep understanding of Generative AI and its applications.
- Demonstrate strong business analysis and planning skills.
- Have extensive experience in network technologies and systems.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Show proficiency in technical documentation and project management.
- Display strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt to a hybrid work model and manage time efficiently.
