Job Summary
Job Title: Technical Team Lead Location: Honda R&D, Gurugram Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with extensive experience in the automotive domain, specifically in two wheeler development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing Statements of Requirements (SOR), designing and developing electrical components, and leading Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of requirements and their implementation to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a technical team in the design and development of electrical components for two wheelers. Write and review Statements of Requirements (SOR) to ensure clarity and completeness. Oversee the development and integration of Vehicle Control Units (VCU) in compliance with industry standards. Oversee the development and integration of Battery Management System (BMS) in compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals. Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to best practices in electrical component design and development processes. Participate in project planning and resource allocation to optimize team performance. Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in the automotive domain, specifically with two wheelers. Strong expertise in writing and implementing Statements of Requirements (SOR). Hands on experience in electrical components design and development. In depth knowledge of Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) development processes. Exceptional requirement understanding and implementation skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to automotive electrical systems. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 7 10 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on two wheelers. Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
