Tech Support - Data Architect

Overview

As a Tech Support & Data Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues within the organization, utilizing your analytical thinking, engineering skills, and fast learning abilities to deliver effective solutions. Also will help in research, design, develop and test computer & network systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

▪ Identifying and resolving issues related to hardware-software interactions.

▪ Ensure seamless integration of new software programs and applications with existing computer hardware.

▪ Ensuring that the URLs perform correctly.

▪ Install, maintain and fix computer hardware, network systems and visit different sites to address and resolve issues promptly.

▪ Evaluate user needs and recommend appropriate systems and equipment.

▪ Troubleshoot processes within hardware systems like solid-state storage devices and rotational media.

▪ Collaborate, test and evaluate integrated computer hardware systems and components.

▪ Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure that computer hardware designs are accurate.

Skills:

▪ Knowledge of hardware & backend system interactions, including APIs, databases, server side logic.

▪ Knowledge of backend languages like Python, Java, ReactJS, Javascript, SQL, DA, QA, HTML/ CSS to interact with backend systems.

▪ Awareness of system design principles and how hardware components fit into larger system architecture.

▪ Knowledge of a computer's infrastructure, including interfaces, modules, data and components.

▪ Understanding network protocols and how hardware connects to a network.

▪ Understanding database concepts and how to interact with databases from hardware.

▪ Exposure to payment gateway integration and maintenance

▪ Expertise in database management across offline and online systems

Education Qualification:

▪ MCA/ Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering or information technology.

▪ 2-5 Years of Experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
