Role Overview
As a Solution Architect, you will own the cross-platform technical
architecture across the full stack—web, mobile, backend, DevOps, and QA. You’ll bring
clarity and cohesion to complex real-time fintech systems by aligning distributed teams
on technical design, performance standards, observability, and user experience. This
role demands hands-on design and guidance, deep systems thinking, and a passion for
building resilient, scalable platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and maintain scalable, modular architecture across thick clients (Qt, Flutter),
mobile apps, microservices, and API gateways
• Architect low-latency real-time systems integrating WebSocket’s, streaming data
(Kafka), and distributed stores (Pinot, Superset)
• Design for seamless integration of BFF layers, mobile APIs, and hybrid cross platform
deployments (Flutter-mobile, Qt desktops, React-web)
• Guide cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, UI/UX) toward
maintainable, testable, and observable systems
• Enforce consistency in design patterns, development practices, and code quality
across projects
• Champion clean API contracts, data validation, and service boundaries in event driven
or async environments
• Mentor engineering leads, set architectural guardrails, and resolve key tech decisions
with long-term impact
• Drive system observability: logs, metrics, tracing, alerts, and auto-remediationintegrations
• Translate product/user needs into resilient technical architecture in collaboration with
designers and product owners
• Lead architectural reviews, PoCs, and performance tuning sessions across layers
Must-Have Skills
• 8+ years of experience across architecture, backend/frontend engineering, and
platform design
• Strong expertise in Golang, C++, or other high-performance languages for
microservices and backend engines
• Deep understanding of React, Flutter, and hybrid client-side architectures
• Hands-on with REST, WebSockets, GraphQL, Kafka, and real-time streaming APIs
• Cloud-native design experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Azure/AWS
• Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and
observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Solid knowledge of distributed databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, CockroachDB) and
OLAP tools (Pinot, Superset)
• Exposure to QA automation strategy, integration with CI pipelines, and real-time test
observability
• Strong collaboration experience with UI/UX teams, translating financial workflows into
user-friendly systems
• Experience working on regulated, high-availability platforms in fintech, trading, or
treasury domains
Nice to Have
• Prior ownership of system-wide architectural transformations
• Exposure to design systems, accessibility, and i18n in complex trading UIs
• Experience implementing rules engines (Drools or similar) for configurable workflows
• Familiarity with mobile-first, offline-first, or device-aware architectures in hybrid apps
• Comfort working with QA and SRE teams to model fault tolerance, retries, and
graceful degradation
