Your Mission
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the business and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of technical processes, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, converting them into clear technical specifications for the engineering team.
Collaborate with both business users and technical teams to ensure project goals are aligned and clear expectations are set..
Actively participate in project planning, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical requirements.
Conduct detailed gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and optimization within business processes and technical systems.
Perform testing and validation of solutions, ensuring that the technical solution meets business needs and requirements.
Prepare detailed reports, visual presentations, and actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, clarify technical concepts, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, and process flows.

What You Bring
Proven experience in technical writing—skilled in interviewing subject matter experts, documenting user-centric content, and producing clear and engaging materials (a portfolio of work is highly preferred).
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, data validation, and business process optimization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-workstream initiatives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Experience leading or supporting change management efforts, with a track record of driving technology adoption.
Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and technical documentation is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to convey complex information clearly across global teams.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) or agile methodologies is a plus.
