Technical Business Analyst

Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst who’s curious, client-savvy, and comfortable with modern SaaS tools. You’ll be the go-to person translating business requirements into workflows built on Cobalt’s no-code integration platform.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll help shape how customers experience Cobalt from Day 1.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with client stakeholders to capture integration requirements
• Design tailored no-code workflows that deliver on client use cases
• Communicate clearly with customers to walk through solutions, answer questions, and ensure alignment.
• Manage delivery of configurations, ensuring timely & high-quality handoffs to clients.
• Act as a product expert and ensure every customer walks away impressed by the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback and inform roadmap priorities based on client needs.

Must-haves:

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, customer solutions, or consulting—preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Basic understanding of APIs, workflows, and software integration concepts.
• Strong communication skills—able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and owning project delivery end-to-end.
• B.Tech in Computer Science (any college) or background in engineering
• Prior experience at consulting or tech services companies (e.g., Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro).
• Some automation experience in the past using any language

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
