Role Overview

As a Technical Delivery Engineer, you will be a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, responsible for delivering high-impact engineering solutions across business-critical and internal network systems (ENS) initiatives. You'll work alongside a global team of experts to support and accelerate strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engineering expertise for infrastructure deployments tied to business and ENS initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with technical standards
• Apply robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across various networking and security technologies
• Adhere to defined protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiative

Weight Factor (we need strong routing and switching engineers who can pick up Meraki, ISE and ACI)

• Switching and routing protocols – Layer 2 technologies, IP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, etc. - Weight factor = 50 (must have)
• Cisco products, platforms, and technologies - IOS, NX-OS, ACI-based products – Weight factor = 50 (must have)
• Security products –
• Palo Alto - Infrastructure - Weight factor = 20 (Should have)
• Palo Alto Policy – Weight factor = 40 (Must have)
• Zscaler – Weight factor = 20 (Nice to have)
• ADC products – F5 GTM and LTM
• F5 Infrastructure – Weight factor = 20 (Should have)
• F5 Policy / VIP / Service – Weight factor = 30 (Should have)
• Have a good understanding of cloud services – AWS, MSFT O365, and Azure – weight factor = 20

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Meraki, Cisco ISE, and scalable ACI deployments
• Proven success in infrastructure delivery across enterprise environments
• Strong ability to adapt, learn quickly, and communicate with clarity
