Technical IT Manager

Overview

The IT Technical Manager will play a key role in managing the company's technology systems, supervising the IT team, and ensuring that all IT services run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, and a proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.

Max 2-3 Years of Experienced Candidates are required :

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the IT team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain technical solutions to support business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure IT systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions that align with company goals.
• Manage IT budgets, projects, and vendor relationships to optimize resources and costs.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements or upgrades to the IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff and end-users.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an IT Manager, IT Technical Lead, or similar role, with at least [X] years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, server management, and network administration.
• Experience with database management and data backup/recovery.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, project management methodologies, and IT budgeting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

• Experience with IT security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Experience in managing remote or hybrid IT teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level IT solutions and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
