- Drive the overall project delivery and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team.
- Manage team members and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure the team's work aligns with project goals and technical standards.
- Report daily progress and collaborate closely with internal and external team :
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or tech lead role.
- Strong knowledge of AI solutions and platforms is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Google technologies like BigQuery, GCP, and Cloud Run is a plus.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
