Technical Lead - Angular

For a Technical Lead in Angular we are looking for a candidate with strong expertise in Angular (preferably the latest versions), deep knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and experience with state management libraries like NgRx. Ensure the candidate has a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. Leadership qualities, experience in mentoring teams, and the ability to manage complex projects are also crucial. Familiarity with build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

What you’ll do:

• Design workflows and develop them with optimum code quality
• Building reusable code and proper programming principles
• Optimizing web pages/application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
• Maintaining UI consistency throughout design.
• Ensure appropriate training and mentoring is imparted to the team members where required
• Do regular code review/audits with the team members.
• Ensure necessary inputs are provided to the Project Leader while Sprint planning and while drawing roadmaps.
• Ensure necessary inputs are provided to the Project Leader while deciding delivery timelines.

Your qualifications:

Technical:

• 8+ Years of hands-on experience as frontend developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript (most important)
• Proficiency in Angular with the strong knowledge of latest versions
• Proficiency in data modelling, state management and code organization for frontend application.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind.
• Proficiency in Profiling and Troubleshooting. Strong in debugging for performance using profilers and other tools.
• Proficient with AI Tools like Copilot and GPT to amplify the deliveries.
• Well versed with Git and workflows part of development process
• Should have experience building PWAs
• Good to have hands on exp on either or all of RxJs, NgRx, Nx, Jest, Cypress
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Understanding of key design principles.
