Primary Skills

• Cloud Infrastructure Management
• Office IT Support (e.g., desktops, laptops, mobile devices)
• File Sharing and Collaboration Solutions
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (VDI)
• Security Patching and compliance.
• App packaging and deployment.

Key Responsibilties

We are looking for Citrix cloud and Azure cloud compute and Storage as mandatory skills

Secondary - Windows System Admin, MS SQL, PKI Certificates and Windows services.

Service Delivery Excellence

• Oversee and operate the day-to-day operations of the end-user computing environment.
• Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Implement robust processes and procedures for incident, problem, and change management.
• Proactively identify and mitigate service risks.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Conduct regular service reviews and provide comprehensive reporting.
• Act as a point of escalation for service-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
