Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead - ERP (Frappe/ERPNext) to lead the development of our ERPNext system. This role involves hands-on coding, technical leadership, mentoring a small in-house team, and liaising with an external development partner. You will be responsible for resolving roadblocks, maintaining coding standards, and updating management on project progress.

- Lead the design and development of custom features and modules on ERPNext using the Frappe Framework.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional internal team.
- Coordinate and integrate workstreams with our external development partner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ERPNext.
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Communicate project milestones, blockers, and timelines to management.
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the ERP system.
- Conduct code reviews and implement development best practices.
- 6 years of hands-on experience with Frappe and ERPNext development.
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL.
- Experience with REST APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a technical team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical updates for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in coordinating with outsourced teams is a plus.
