What is in it for you?

Responsibilities: -

• Design, implement, and support CIAM solutions using ForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS, IG) or PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud.
• Work closely with application development teams to integrate CIAM capabilities such as authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
• Configure and manage SSO, federation, MFA, and risk-based authentication using SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
• Develop and maintain IAM workflows, access policies, and governance rules, and focus on automation.
• Implement progressive profiling, consent management, and customer identity flows.
• Perform day-to-day monitoring and troubleshooting of CIAM platforms using tools like ELK and Dynatrace.
• Investigate and resolve authentication, authorization, and identity-related issues across applications.
• Support CIAM infrastructure operations, including clustering, high availability, and performance tuning.
• Participate in architecture, design, and enhancement discussions for CIAM strategy and roadmap.
• Review existing implementations, and propose improvements for security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Support user provisioning, de provisioning, and identity synchronization activities.
• Ensure security compliance, audit readiness, and documentation as per organizational standards.
• Apply security best practices to protect customer identities and sensitive data.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners during integrations and issue resolution.
• Provide after hours or weekend support for planned maintenance and production incidents as required.
• Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and technical runbooks.

• PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud – IDM, IG, AM, DS, IAM solutions using Java, JSON, SSO, Java, ELK, Dynatrace
• SSO and Federation using SAML, IDCS, LDAP, Kerberos, ADFS, OpenDS/AM, AuthO, and more
• Java and JavaScript
