- Responsible for project planning, requirements understanding, proposed architecture, detailed design, execution, and timely deliverables with the highest quality standards.
- Develops and maintains an agile plan for his team's deliverables.
- Sets goals for him/herself and his/her team for all deliveries.
- Manage tasks to ensure timely and effective project completion according to the project plan.
- Participates in feature development from concept to design to delivery, and drives quality into the software application.
- Ensures the team follows all coding guidelines and follows all the software development processes.
- Closely works with clients, the delivery and testing team, and implements ongoing quality improvement processes.
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- Conducts an internal audit to ensure process compliance with the regulatory standards.
- Retain, train, develop, and direct a team of functional leaders reporting to oversee each of their specific areas of responsibility to achieve the organisation's goals, Performance management, and hiring decisions.
