About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. You will leverage your expertise in ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL, and Azure to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software. This position offers a hybrid work model.

About The Role

You will leverage your expertise in ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL, and Azure to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software. This position offers a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and fostering their growth.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using ASP.NET Core, Angular, SQL, and Azure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the .NET ecosystem, frontend development, and cloud computing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the architecture and design discussions for new features and projects.
- Potentially work with and explore Gen AI based technologies.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Lead and software developer.
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core framework and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of Angular framework and its components.
- Experience with SQL databases and query optimization.
- Experience with Azure cloud platform and its various services.
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is highly desirable.
- Certifications in ASP.NET, Angular, SQL, or Azure are a plus.
- Experience working with Gen AI based technologies is a significant advantage
