What Youll Be Doing
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-architected PHP code (Laravel / Phalcon).
- Taking ownership of the technical roadmap and overall system architecture.
- Reviewing code, solving complex dev challenges, and mentoring team members.
- Collaborating with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth, high-quality releases.
- Leading by example on best practices, performance tuning & architectural decisions.
- Strong hands-on with PHP 8.x, Laravel 10+, and Phalcon.
- Proficient in MySQL / MariaDB, DB schema design, and query optimisation.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIS, WebSocket, JSON, and XML.
- Frontend experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Working knowledge of Git, Docker, Linux, CI/CD, and API tools like Swagger / OpenAPI.
- Familiar with Redis, RabbitMQ, or similar for asynchronous workflows.
- Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP), or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
