Job SummaryAs a Technical Lead you will be responsible for guiding the development team in creating robust web applications using ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core technologies. You will leverage Azure cloud services to enhance application performance and scalability. Your expertise in Procure to Pay - Payroll domain will be beneficial in optimizing processes. The role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of web applications using ASP.NET Core Web API to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Oversee the integration of .Net Core technologies to build scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to the team in utilizing Azure cloud services for application deployment and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding and software development processes.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Develop strategies to improve system architecture and enhance user experience.
- Facilitate code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve software development.
