Technical Lead

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 10+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, API, SOQL).

Requirements

• Expertise in AppExchange Product Development – Managed packages, security review, end-to-end product lifecycle
• Familiarity with AI & Automation – Hands-on experience with Einstein, Agent force, Prompt Builder
• Proficient in Data Cloud – Data modelling, ingestion, harmonization, identity, and activation
• Experience in Salesforce Development – Apex, LWC, Integrations (REST/SOAP), and Flows
• Strong in configuration: Flows, Process Builder, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules.
• Proven experience delivering projects in Data Cloud, AI, Experience Cloud and AppExchange.
• Building AppExchange product development experience
• Deep understanding of object model, data architecture, automation design, and AI-driven workflows.
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to Data Cloud, Agent force, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on design and development of complex Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and integrations.
• Architect and deliver AI-powered features (Einstein, predictive analytics, generative AI) within Salesforce apps.
• Build and publish AppExchange apps, ensuring compliance with Salesforce’s security and packaging requirements.
• Design and deliver Experience Cloud portals with branded components, role-based access and customer self-service capabilities.
• Oversee unit testing, code reviews, and deployment strategy using CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX).
• Ensure adherence to security, data governance, and performance standards across AppExchange apps and enterprise implementations.
• Support environment strategy, sandbox management and deployment planning.
• Drive technical documentation, reusable component libraries and knowledge sharing across teams.
