🕑 Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to take end-to-end technical ownership of a data-driven platform. This role blends strong backend engineering, system design, and technical leadership to build scalable, future-ready solutions in a fully remote environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Own system design & overall architecture
Lead backend development with a focus on performance & scalability
Design APIs, data models, and integrations
Troubleshoot production issues & optimize systems
Mentor engineers and drive technical decisions
Collaborate closely with product & delivery teams

✅ Key Skills
Python & JavaScript (Backend)
System design, microservices & scalable architectures
Databases: MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, SQL Server
AWS (EC2, RDS) & CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Ansible)
LLMs, LangChain, HuggingFace, vector databases
Strong leadership, problem-solving & communication skills

➕ Nice to have: GCP, Firebase
