What You Will Be Doing

• Shape System Architecture: Collaborate with the team to design and build both backend and frontend systems, powering our consumer-facing and internal platforms.
• Technical Planning: Work closely with Product Managers to evaluate solutions, estimate development efforts, and plan the roadmap.
• Full-Stack Development: Build critical application components from the ground up—including backend services, APIs, and user interfaces (Flutter mobile & React web).
• Collaboration & Ownership: Coordinate with other developers, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
• Innovation & Scalability: Contribute to scalable architecture and ensure high-performance systems using AWS or GCP.

What We Would Like to See in You

• Experience: 3–4+ years in full-stack development, with a strong focus on backend.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) or similar backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with Flutter (mobile) and React/Next.js (web).
• Hands-on with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• System Design: Understanding of scalable architecture, real-time communication, and serverless technologies.
• Problem-Solving & Ownership: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a drive to take full ownership of your work.
• Startup Mindset: Comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment—delivering quickly and iterating based on feedback.
