Job Responsibilities

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 6-7 Years

• Client Communication & Coordination
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide regular updates to clients and manage expectations effectively.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Lead and guide a team of developers, ensuring high-quality output.
• Provide technical mentorship and support team members in problem-solving.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Project Planning & Deadline Management
• Break down projects into tasks and allocate them to team members.
• Ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Track progress and resolve any blockers or risks to project delivery.
• Architecture & Design Decisions
• Design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Make key decisions on frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure the team delivers well-tested, efficient, and bug-free code.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define and enforce testing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
