Are you a hands-on coder with leadership experience? We’re looking for a Technical Lead who can both build and guide. What You’ll Do:Lead and mentor a development team of 6–7 members.Work across technologies including WordPress, Laravel, and Node.js.Manage hosting environments like GoDaddy and other server configurations.Oversee end-to-end project execution — from planning to deployment.Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust digital solutions.

Requirements:6–7 years of hands-on development experience.Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development. Proven ability to manage hosting servers (GoDaddy or similar).Experience leading technical teams and delivering projects on time.Problem-solving mindset with a passion for clean, scalable code.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
