• Lead the engineering team and drive execution on core product initiatives.
• Architect scalable systems for AI evaluation, dynamic assessments, and real-time scoring.
• Own end-to-end development across backend and AI layers — you’ll ship, not just manage.
• Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), embeddings, vector DBs, and background workers.
• Collaborate with founders on product, hiring, and culture — this is a leadership role with hands-on code.
• Build for performance, reliability, and iteration speed — our infra powers 1000s of real interviews per week.

• Have 6+ years of backend engineering experience 
• Have led small teams or pods and can balance building with mentoring.
• Are hands-on with system design, architecture, deployment, and debugging.
• Are curious about AI/LLMs and excited to go deep into NLP, scoring systems, and embeddings.
• Care about product outcomes, not just tech — and love moving fast with focus.



• Have built/consumed AI systems in production (e.g. RAG, LLM APIs, LangChain).
• Are confident in scaling background jobs, analytics, and async infra.
