Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect with 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our team. He/She will be responsible for leading and managing technical projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product Leads, software engineers, and quality assurance, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Architect, design, and develop software solutions that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolution and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations for improvement to existing systems and processes.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and customers, to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, software development methodologies, and security best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software & Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building and deploying full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• 3-4 years of experience in software development, Product Development, Data Platforms with a focus on technical leadership and architecture.
• Experience in designing and developing complex software systems and product development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python, .NET etc.
• Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Knowledge of databases, web services, and API development.
• Knowledge of computing technologies, such as AWS, Azure and GCP
• Knowledge and familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,003,553.90 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
