We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of CRM solutions leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of D365 CRM solutions, including design, customization, integration, and deployment.
• Design and implement complex customizations using Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, Custom Workflows, Web Resources, and Business Rules.
• Drive architectural decisions and solution design aligned with industry best practices and business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Integrate D365 CRM with external systems using APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or middleware tools.
• Mentor junior developers and support code reviews, solution design sessions, and deployment activities.
• Establish and maintain DevOps pipelines (preferably using Azure DevOps) for code management and continuous delivery.
• Stay updated with new features and capabilities in the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or senior developer role.
• Strong expertise in customization and development within D365 CE (Customer Engagement), including Plugin development, JavaScript, and Web Resources.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Solid experience in integrating D365 CRM with external systems using RESTful APIs, Azure services, or middleware.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and familiarity with D365 SDK and Web API.
• Experience with CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering high-quality solutions on time.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
