- Mentor and guide junior testing team members.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Report on testing progress and results to stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with C# programming
- Knowledge of software testing concepts, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Experience in collaborating with developers to identify and fix defects
- Understanding of testing best practices and quality standards
- Leadership skills to mentor and support junior testers
- Nice-to-have: Exposure to automated testing frameworks
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
