Job Title: Tech Lead - Full Stack Developer
Location: Jodhpur (On-site)
Experience Required: 6 - 7 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead with expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. You will lead development, mentor the team, and drive scalable web solutions.
Key Requirements :
- 6 - 7 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Expertise in React.js, with strong understanding of component-based architecture.
- Proficient in Node.js, building scalable RESTful APIs.
- Solid experience with MongoDB, including schema design and performance optimization.
- Good knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take technical ownership of projects.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is desirable.
