Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Spring Boot Java and Node.js, who will be responsible for leading the migration of existing Spring Boot applications to Node.js. The ideal candidate should have a solid architectural mindset and proven experience working with backend technologies like GraphQL, Oracle DB, Azure SQL DB, and Azure DevOps. You will lead a team of developers and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of Spring Boot applications to Node.js architecture.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
- Design scalable, high-performance, and secure backend services using Node.js and GraphQL.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and database administrators to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
- Manage and optimize data access across Oracle DB and Azure SQL DB.
- Ensure code quality, conduct peer reviews, and enforce development best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders and project managers to track progress and deliverables.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control using Azure DevOps.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of overall experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot (Java) and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs and schema design.
- Solid experience with Oracle Database and Azure SQL Database.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, and release management.
- Experience in application architecture, refactoring, and migrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex backend integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment strategies.
- Prior experience in leading enterprise-level migration projects.
