Overview
Job Summary
The Technical Lead role requires a seasoned professional with 6 to 9 years of experience in managing and optimizing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams Office 365 and MS Exchange. The candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on enhancing communication systems and ensuring seamless integration within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. This position does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of collaboration solutions using Microsoft Teams and Office 365 to enhance productivity and communication.
- Oversee the integration of messaging systems particularly MS Exchange to ensure reliable and efficient email communication.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to collaboration and messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implement security protocols and best practices to safeguard data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower users with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize collaboration tools.
- Analyze user feedback and system data to drive continuous improvement in collaboration and messaging solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and support for collaboration platforms.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Support the hybrid work model by providing remote assistance and ensuring accessibility of collaboration tools.
- Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing communication systems that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Office 365 and MS Exchange with a proven track record in managing these platforms.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain with the ability to align technology solutions with industry needs.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Show proficiency in documentation and process management to maintain system integrity.
- Have experience in conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance user proficiency.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understand security protocols and compliance standards relevant to collaboration and messaging systems.
