Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using Jira PL/SQL Cmake Shell scripting mySQL and Unix to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Oversee the integration of Clearing and Settlement processes within the Cards domain to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges ensuring project milestones are met on time.
- Analyze system requirements and design scalable solutions that align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to optimize functionality and prevent potential issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintain best practices.
- Implement automation strategies to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention increasing overall efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection measures safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to upskill team members and promote continuous learning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Utilize domain expertise in Clearing and Settlement (Cards) to drive innovation and improve service delivery. Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Jira PL/SQL Cmake Shell scripting mySQL and Unix essential for effective solution development.
- Demonstrate experience in the Clearing and Settlement (Cards) domain which is advantageous for understanding industry-specific challenges.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
- Show capability to work in rotational shifts adapting to varying schedules while maintaining productivity.
- Display effective communication skills crucial for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience ensuring a solid foundation in technical leadership.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
